Join us for 90 minutes of pure bliss! SUP Yoga is the perfect way to start or end your day. Yogis will paddle about 15 minutes out to a sheltered cove where they anchor down and participate in a full hour of Yoga on the paddleboard. After an hour of Yoga and the most beautiful Savasana of your life under the sun while floating on water, anchor up and cool down with a 15 minute paddle back.

Paddleboard pilates will tone and tighten your tummy, tush, and inner thighs. Come work on your bathing suit body on the water! The class will begin with balance work and progress to strengthen the core with a heavy focus on abdominals, inner and outer thighs, and hamstrings. The class is open to all levels of students who are injury free.

Barre is a unique and creative method that brings together elements of yoga, ballet, and Pilates, and is designed to tighten and tone every inch of the body! Bringing barre to the water adds a whole new element of challenge, creativity, and beauty! A short paddle at the beginning and end of the workout will help you warm up, cool down, and add to the whole body workout barre already gives you!
