We hear this a lot: "Did you know people actually do yoga on these things?!"
Well, not only did we know it, we do it! Every Saturday morning, our fantastic SUP Yoga instructor Cynthia leads us through a beautiful yoga session in the best studio we know...the ocean!
After a short paddle out, we anchor our boards and move through a 45-60 minute yoga, in which you get to experience the unique challenge and benefit of doing yoga on a slightly unstable surface. And to answer the question we're pretty sure you're asking: Yes, you can do it :).
