Join us on the water for this "rare in a lifetime" opportunity! On August 21st, the United States will witness a Total Solar Eclipse. While Massachusetts doesn't lie in the "path of totality", we'll still witness about 70% of the sun being covered by the disc of the moon!
The event will reach its maximum at 2:46pm, so we'll get on the water around 1:30pm and paddle to a place that gives us a great view of the eclipse! Each paddler will be given a pair of ISO Certified Solar Eclipse Viewing Glasses, and once in position we'll anchor down our boards (because we don't want to be floating blind out there) and turn our attention toward this incredible event!
